SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, remove crust and cut into 2 inch squares
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. skinless links or bulk sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown sausage, drain and cool. Spread bread cubes in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Cut up sausage. Place over cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and dry mustard together mix well and pour over bread, cheese and sausage. Refrigerate overnight before cooking, heat undiluted cream of mushroom soup until it will spread easily and pour over egg mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees, or cook in microwave for 15 minutes then at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
