TOFFEE BAR CAKE 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 Toffee (Heath) candy bars, chopped coarsely

Mix brown sugar and flour together. Cut in butter as for pie crust. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. Add egg, milk, soda, salt and vanilla. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar and flour mixture, nuts and crushed candy bars. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in 13 x 9 inch pan.
