DELUXE FUDGE NUT PIE | |
4 eggs 1 c. light corn syrup 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. pecans or walnuts 1 unbaked 9" pie shell 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate Melt chocolate and butter; set aside. In a large bowl lightly beat eggs, beat in corn syrup, sugar, butter, chocolate, vanilla and salt. Stir in nuts. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake 55-60 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until knife inserted halfway in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whip cream. |
