CUCUMBER SALAD 
3 c. sliced cucumbers
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/2-1 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill seed (optional)
Water

Combine all ingredients. Add enough water to just cover. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 1/2 hours. Drain and serve. Yield 4-6 servings.
