1/2 c. light sour cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. amaretto
2 c. strawberries, sliced

In small bowl, combine sour cream, powdered sugar and amaretto; blend well. To serve, spoon strawberries into 4 dessert dishes; top with cream mixture. Store any remaining cream mixture in refrigerator.

Makes 4 servings. Serve this luscious dessert in stemmed goblets.
