1 lb. hamburger
2 pkgs. instant brown gravy mix
3 c. instant potatoes
1 c. grated Colby cheese

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Return to stove. Mix gravy mix and add to hamburger. Let simmer while you make potatoes. Make potatoes according to package directions. Put potatoes in casserole dish then add hamburger and gravy mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Serves 6-8.
