They just didn't turn out for me. Felt like they were boiled and not very tender.

I would put on the foil for the first half an hour, then remove it the next half an hour to reduce the water, so it doesn't have to be drained.

This is the first time I steamed pork chops they turned out wonderful! I seasoned mine with pepper Adobo and small amount of salt. I also seasoned the water as well. I only had thick boneless center cuts on hand want to try bone in chops next time and also cover with foil. Thanks for posting!

Absolutely delicious. Pork chops were tender and BBQ sauce added great flavor. I made a gravy out of the water and onions by adding flour, salt, pepper and a little gravy master. The combination was great. I would make again!!

I'm not an experienced cook, but these were super simple, tasty and healthy. Made as directed and had the neighborhood coming over for dinner. Be careful on the BBQ step, there will be lots of water. Drain some before continuing the rest of the steps.... Happy cooking!!

OMG! This was the WORST recipe ever! My pork chops shrunk in half and were so dried up only the BBQ sauce made them edible.

I made this recipe last night and everyone loved it. In the past my pork chops have always come out too tough, and so everyone at home was surprised at how tender the meat was. There were no left overs. It was very easy to make and like others have said, clean up was very easy.
