EGG CASSEROLE | |
6-8 slices white bread 1/2 lb. American cheese, shredded 1 1/2 c. milk 8-10 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Sm. box sausage links 1 lb. pkg. bacon Cut crust off bread and cut bread into cubes. Place in a 9x13 greased pan. Pour 1/2 of cheese on top of bread. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread. Sprinkle cooked sausage and bacon (torn up) over this. Place the rest of the cheese on top. Bake about 1 hour until set at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10 for breakfast. Serve with syrup. |
