SOYBEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cooked soybeans 2 c. canned corn 1 tsp. salt 2 c. canned tomatoes 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 scant c. buttered whole wheat bread crumbs or wheat germ Alternate layers of beans, corn, cheese and drained tomatoes into a baking dish. Mix salt with tomato juice and pour over mixture. Cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven for 35 minutes or until crumbs are brown. |
