ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 eggs 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 1 c. salad oil 2 c. grated zucchini 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. chopped nuts 3 c. sifted flour Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat until blended. Add zucchini and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Add nuts and blend. Pour into 2 greased floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
