SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 tbsp. corn oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground pork (veal, beef, mixed or 1 lb. ground beef)
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. beef bouillon
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. wide egg noodles

In largest skillet, heat oil. Add onion, stirring 1 minute. In large bowl, mix together onion, meat, and next 6 ingredients until blended. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and place in shallow baking pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through. In same skillet, melt butter. Stir in flour; blend well. Gradually stir in beef bouillon and pepper until blended. Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 5 minutes until thickened. Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
