GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE TOPPING 
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. orange juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar, butter, water, orange juice, egg, flour and vanilla in a saucepan. Heat all until mixture becomes thick. Cool. Whip cream -spread on top of the cooled cake. Spread the cooled topping over the cream. Refrigerate.
