GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST & SOUR
CREAM TOPPING
 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Combine above ingredients. Press mixture on bottom and 1 inch up on a 9 to 10 inch spring-form pan.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend until smooth.
