SOUR CREAM CRUST 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. sour cream

Sift flour and baking powder. Beat butter into flour until texture of coarse meal. Mix egg yolk and sour cream. Add to flour mixture and mix. Refrigerate overnight. Proceed with rolling. Bake as pie directs.
