SALMON LOAF 
1 (#1) can salmon
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, separated
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Clean and flake salmon. Scald milk. Add bread crumbs and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Beat until smooth. Combine everything but beaten egg white. Fold in white. Use greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
