BANANA BARS 
3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. pecans

Beat sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with mashed bananas. Fold in pecans. Bake for 30 minutes in 9 x 12 inch pan at 350 degrees. Cool slightly and spread with peanut frosting.

PEANUT FROSTING:

2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Blend all ingredients. Spread on cake.
