DEVILED PORK ITALIANO | |
2 1/2 lbs. 1/2 inch pork loin 1 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. pepper, coarsely ground 1/2 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. salt Combine pork slices with lemon juice in shallow bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and olive oil. Cover and chill 2 hours. Turn slices in marinade several times. Remove from marinade (reserve). Sprinkle with salt. Grill over hot coals 3 minutes on first side. Turn; grill on 2nd side 2 minutes. Baste while grilling. Sprinkle with pepper before serving. 10 servings. |
