SAUTEED CABBAGE 
5 tbsp. butter
6 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. cream
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter and fry cabbage in it slowly 10 to 15 minutes. Mix other ingredients with 1/4 cup water and add to the cabbage. Mix well and heat thoroughly. Serves 6. (Very simple and very good)
