SAUTEED CABBAGE 
5 tbsp. butter
6 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter and fry cabbage in it slowly 10-15 minutes. Mix other ingredients slowly with 1/4 cup water and then add cabbage. Mix well, heat thoroughly. Cover pan so it steams, turn a few times. Serves 6.
