1 lg. cucumber, sliced thin
1 lg. onion
3/4 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. water
Salt
Pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
Parsley flakes
Green food coloring

Score cucumber lengthwise with fork tines. Combine above and pour over cucumber and onion. Chill few hours.
