GIANT STUFFED CHEESEBURGERS 
Not your normal burger! The cheese is hidden inside (be careful when you first bite into it). Makes 6 servings.

1 1/2 c. (about 8 oz.) of shredded Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 whole wheat hamburger buns
butter
1 3/4 lb. lean ground beef or chicken or turkey

Combine the cheese, olives and Tabasco sauce; mix well. Divide the mixture evenly and shape into 6 balls. Mix ground beef with onion, salt and pepper, and then shape into 12 thin patties. Place a ball of cheese in the center of six of the patties, and top each with a second patty. Crimp the edges of the two patties together. Lightly oil grill, and place burgers over medium-hot coals. Cook on covered grill about 5 minutes on each side or until done. Just before they're done, butter the buns and place them face down on the grill.
