QUICK AND EASY CHILI 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Crumble ground chuck into 3-quart glass casserole. Add onion and green pepper. Cover and microwave at HIGH setting 7 minutes or until meat loses its pink color. Stir after 4 minutes.

Pour off excess fat from meat; stir in all other ingredients. Cover and microwave at HIGH setting 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
