FLEISCH KUECHLA 
DOUGH:

1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

MEAT FILLING:

2 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Combine dough ingredients, let rise. Brown meat filling well. Roll dough out and cut into 4 inch squares. Add 2 tablespoons meat filling to a square. Fold ends over to form meat-filled triangle. Pinch ends together. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until light brown.
