SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. celery
1 can tomato soup
1 can pork & beans (1 lb. size)
1 med. sized onion
1/2 c. white rice (not minute rice)
3/4 can cold water
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Chop onion fine in bottom of medium size casserole. Add hamburger, season with salt and pepper, celery, rice. Mix soup and water and pour over above. Spread beans on top. Sprinkle brown sugar over all. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Easy.
