GUACAMOLE A 
3 ripe avocados
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can green chilis (diced)
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 med.-sized tomato

Puree the avocados, lime juice and salt. Pour into bowl and add onion, chilis and tomato. Mix, cover and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce. This mixture can also be used as a garnish for tacos or enchiladas.
