GUACAMOLE COLOMBO 
1 lg. ripe avocado
1 c. chopped tomato
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream

Spread yogurt on mashed avocado to prevent darkening. Serve with tortilla chips and (or) vegetables.
