GUACAMOLE 
2 lg. avocados, mashed
2 med. tomatoes, finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, finely chopped
1 med. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. finely snipped cilantro
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors, about 1 hour. Use tortilla chips for dipping.
