TACO BURGERS 
10 oz. lean ground beef
1 oz. taco chips, crushed
2 tbsp. salsa
1 tbsp. canned chopped green chilies
1-2 drops hot red pepper sauce
4 taco shells
1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
1 c. diced tomatoes
4 oz. cubed pared avocado

Spray grill rack, place grill rack 5 inches from coals. In bowl, mix beef, taco chips, salsa, chilies, and pepper sauce. Shape into 4 equal patties. Grill 8 minutes, turning once for medium well or until done to taste. Place burgers in taco shells, tip evenly with lettuce, tomatoes and avocado.
