IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
2 c milk
1 c coconut
1/2 c flour
3/4 c sugar
3/4 stick soft butter, cubed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Put all ingredients into blender in order listed. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased and floured glass pie plate.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

*This is a coconut custard pie and will have a watery consistency when you take it from the oven. Have faith. It works.
