MINTY FRUIT SALAD 
1 fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
2 c. cantaloupe melon alls
2 c. honey melon balls
1/3 c. apple jelly
1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves, snipped

Microwave jelly and mint until jelly is melted. Add mixture to fruit and chill covered until cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
