CREAMY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 3/4 c. milk
3 3/4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. brandy extract

Combine pudding mix and milk in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until full boil. Add cream cheese, continue cooking, stirring until blended. Stir in extract. Pour in lightly oiled one quart mold. Chill until firm.
