EASY PUMPKIN SWIRL 
3/4 c. Pioneer buttermilk baking mix
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. solid pack pumpkin
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

FILLING MIX:

1 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 15"x10"x1" pan. Jelly roll pan. Line top and sides with wax paper. Grease lightly. Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Add pumpkin then the dry ingredients. Mix then pour into pan and spread evenly and sprinkle with nuts. Cook 13 to 15 minutes. Invert on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll towel and cake up together place seam down. Cool completely, unroll and spread with filling. Re-roll.
