PUMPKIN SWIRL SQUARES 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese

Combine pumpkin, 1 1/2 cups sugar, oil, and 2 eggs, mixing until well blended. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Combine cream cheese and remaining sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Set aside. Spoon pumpkin mixture into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marbled effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; cut into squares.
