CRAB DIP (Hot) 
1 sm. can crab meat or about 3-4 oz. crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cheese: Longhorn or Cheddar

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Place in casserole dish (1 quart size). Shred generous amounts of cheese on top. Cover. Cook in microwave until hot (not burnt) or bake in oven at 300 degrees about 20-30 minutes. Let set 5-10 minutes. Then serve with Trisket type crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
