LOUISIANA PEPPER STEAK 
3 lb. top brown beef
3 green peppers
2 red onions
1 stalk celery
3 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper (red pepper)
3 tbsp. garlic salt
1 (#4) can peeled tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (sm.) can tomato sauce
2 (sm.) cans mushrooms

Cook everything together slowly (300 degrees).
