FROSTY STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix above ingredients. Spread evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally. Set aside 2/3 of the baked crumbs. (This recipe will make two 9 x 9 inch squares or 1 spring form pan.) 2/3 c. granulated sugar 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. whipping cream, whipped (I use 1 carton Cool Whip)

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in large bowl; beat at high speed to stiff peaks, at least 10 minutes. Fold in cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
