1/2 lb. liver sausage
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
2 drops Tabasco sauce

In a small mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients until well blended. Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
