1 German chocolate cake
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix cake recipe according to package directions and bake in 9 x 13 pan. Cool to lukewarm. Poke holes all over cake and pour can of milk over cake. Then spread butterscotch over cake. Then spread Cool Whip over cake. Then sprinkle crushed candy bar over top.
