1 box yellow cake mix
1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 pkg. German chocolate, grated
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients with wooden spoon and pour in tube pan (floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

ICING:

1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 box powdered sugar

Mix together and spread over cooled cake.
