SHOE FLY CAKE 
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. Brer Rabbit molasses
1/2 c. reg. molasses
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine flour, oil, and sugar. Make crumbs. Keep 1 cup for topping. Add last ingredients into the crumb mixture gradually. Mix will be very thin. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Pour 1 cup topping on top of cake before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
