GRAPE-NUTS CUSTARD 
1 gal. whole milk
1 1/2 doz. eggs, beaten
2 c. Grape-Nuts
3 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt

Scald the milk. Add butter. To beaten eggs, add sugar, salt, vanilla and Grape-Nuts; combine with milk. Pour into large oval-size aluminum pan.

Bake in pan of water at 375°F for 1 hour.

Makes 35 to 40 servings.
