QUICK CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
3 c. cut up chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves

Heat oven to 350 degrees and place vegetables, seasoning packet and butter in bowl. Add hot water, stir to mix. Mix soup and milk in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing mix over chicken. Bake 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
