CHEESE ROLLS 
1 lb. very sharp cheese
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Garlic salt to taste
1 or 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Chili powder

Mix cheese, nuts, and garlic salt. Make logs or balls of this mixture. Roll in chili powder. These can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks. The flavor is better if used in 2 to 3 days. Can be frozen.
