CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/2 lb. graham crackers, crushed
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Place in buttered oblong Pyrex dish, bottom and sides.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash cinnamon

Cream Philadelphia cream cheese and Ricotta; add eggs, 1 at a time. Add sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour into shell.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Cool 30 minutes OUT OF OVEN.

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients. Spread on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool; refrigerate.
