SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
Grated rind of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt to taste
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Cook spinach and drain well. While hot, add cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, lemon rind, juice and nutmeg. Place mixture in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle herb dressing on top. Melt remaining butter and drizzle evenly over dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
