PASTA WITH VEGETABLES 
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Olive oil
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. water
Sliced vegetables of your choice (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.)
1 lb. spiral macaroni
Garlic powder
Black pepper

In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic cloves in olive oil. In a separate pan, dissolve 4 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water. Add chicken broth to onion mixture. Add sliced vegetables of your choice. Simmer vegetables while macaroni cooks in salted water, according to package directions. Drain pasta and add vegetable mixture. Stir in garlic powder and black pepper. Sprinkle on grated cheese and serve.
