JOAN'S CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 sm. can English peas and carrots

Cut up chicken; place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add broth, soup, eggs, and vegetables in a bowl; mix together, then pour over chicken. Mix flour, milk, and butter (it will be fairly thin). Spread flour mixture over top of chicken. Cook until brown in 350 degree oven.
