ZUCCHINI MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. zucchini
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Buttered crumbs

Brown ground beef and onions. Add all the seasonings. Slice, or cube, zucchini and steam in butter a few minutes. Drain well. In a greased 2 quart casserole dish, alternate layers of hamburger mixture and zucchini. Mix soup and cheese, pour over zucchini and hamburger. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
