1 lb. ground steak
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 slices bread soaked in water & squeezed dry
1 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 can tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, oregano & sweet basil to taste

Make 9 patties from meat, onion and bread. Brown slightly in frying pan. Put sliced zucchini, spices in casserole. Top with meat patties, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
