MUSHROOM PATTIES OR CASSEROLE 
2 whole eggs, well beaten
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
Nuts, chopped (optional)

Beat eggs, add soup and oatmeal. Drop by spoonsful in hot fat or oil and brown on both sides. Place in casserole and pour over another can of cream of mushroom soup, diluted. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. This is a good meatless casserole.
